From our October 2008 Newsletter.

The Guild meets every second Tuesday evening at 8.00pm. Rev David Laing will be speaking to the Guild on 7th October and on 21st October the Arbroath Male Voice Choir will be entertaining in the church. Tickets are on sale (£5.00) and refreshments will be available during this concert. Everyone is invited to come along to hear the wonderful singing.

The Guild Coffee Morning is on Saturday 25th October in the church hall. Tickets are £1 and are on sale now. There will be various stalls available.

The Guild and the Ladies Circle join together on Sunday 2 November when they have their Dedication Service at 11.00 am.

There will not be a meeting of the Guild in the church hall on Tuesday 4 November as the ladies are journeying to Arbroath to see the Minstrel Show.

 

The Guild opening evening is on Tuesday 23 September when they will have an "At Home" meeting.
On 7th October the Rev David Laing will speak to the ladies.

On Sunday 5^th November we share a Dedication Service with the Ladies Circle.

 

Our first meeting in November is on the 7^th when Mr S Bannerman will give a talk about Strasbourg and Alsace.  All of our meetings commence at 7.30 pm.

The next meeting in November is on 21^st when we will welcome Miss A Thomson who will give a talk about ‘The Sunday Post’.

 

On Tuesday 5^th December Miss Marie Hill will give a demonstration about Floral Art and our Christmas Supper will be held in the Lochlorian House Hotel, Carnoustie on Tuesday 12^th December.
